ESOC 350 was designed in collaboration with Daimler Detroit Diesel Corporation specifically to prime their DD13/DD15 and
MBE engines without Davco filters for at least 2 minutes at 70 psig. Before using ESOC 350 for the first time the container must
be charged with fresh diesel fuel from an outside source (engine or fuel container). ESOC 350 connects to the diagnostic nipple
(Compucheck) located near the engine’s fuel filter.During operation diesel fuel is introduced into the engine through the
Compucheck connection, priming it at 70 psig for two minutes. ESOC 350 switches off automatically when the fuel level reaches
the low level.
The engine is then primed and ready for use. After priming, the engine must be turned on while still connected to
the ESOC 350 to fill the container again until full. ESOC 350 is then ready to prime the next engine. ESOC 350 comes also
equipped with a fuel dispenser adapter that connects to the coupler at the hose end. This feature allows for manually filling of
filters (spin-on and cartridge).
